December 31, 2006 News From Webmaster: I visited Shaggy Wonda at Sound Emporium Studios in Nashville, Tennessee on December 28. December 27, 2006 News: So the sessions are off and running. We arrived without much obstacle and we were able to spend the evening last night getting all set up so that we could come right in and get to work. Of course we had to make time for a much needed grocery run, where all the essentials were stocked; peanutbutter, chocolate milk, hot pockets, and beer (etc.). Also when we got to the studio today we learned that we will be sharing the building with the one and only Billy Ray Cyrus, who is recording in studio A for a disney project. December 26, 2006 News: So today we begin the process of recording the newest Shaggy Wonda studio project. Step one, getting there. After three days off to spend with our families over Christmas, the Shaggybus will be heading out this afternoon bound for Sound Emporium studios in Nashville, TN ... click here for more. Taylor and Plant Picture November 24, 2006 News: The Shaggy crew will be making the trip back down to music city once again at the end of December. We have already scheduled four days at Sound Emporium Studios in Nashville, TN. The session will once again be produced/engineered by our good friend, Taylor Pollert, who was the brain behind our first EP recorded last year. Taylor is pictured to the right of Robert Plant at Sound Emporium Studios. We are planning on adding a couple more days to this session but for now we will begin tracking on Dec. 27th. Announcements concerning the length and track listings will be added later, but if any of you Shaggyheads would like to see the magic go down just drop us a line and let us know you would like to stop in. The record will then be released in early 2007. So stay tuned for updates. Shaggy Wonda ... I had no idea.

September 17, 2006 News: We need your help at the 2006 Battle of Birdy's presented by IndyMusicScene.com held at Birdy's Bar and Grill in Indianapolis this Friday, September 22. Doors open at 8:30 and we are scheduled to play at 12:15. Shaggy Wonda needs its faithful following to make an appearance due to the fact that the judging is 70% based on audience voting. Join the revolution. Shaggy Wonda ... I had no idea.

September 17, 2006 News: September 16 was a two-gig day for us. We started the day playing a charity concert for "Drummin' 4 Diabetes" in Columbus, Indiana. It was the earliest that we ever have played but we were happy to support this effort to raise Juvenile Diabetes awareness. August 1, 2006 News: So we here in Shaggy Wonda are sad to announce that Joel Berke, lead guitarist, has taken a job oppurtunity in Boulder, Colorado and is no longer going to be able to play with the Wonda. We are sad to see Joel go but we wish him the best of luck and we hope that our paths will cross somewhere down the road. The rest of us however are pushing on. There will be no show cancellations and in fact our schedule for the rest of the summer and the fall is filling up quickly. The next Bloomington date will be Uncle Fester's on Aug. 12th. We are happy to be sharing the bill with Btown based Long Distance Affair. So please stay tuned for more news and shows to come. Thanks for all your support. Shaggy Wonda ... I had no idea.
